Contact us by phone or email with your company name, GST number and expected usage. We'll set up an account within a business day.

Is there a minimum booking requirement?

No minimum is required to open an account, but negotiated rates apply from regular weekly usage. Contact us to discuss.

How does invoicing work?

We issue a consolidated invoice monthly (or weekly for larger accounts) — itemised by date and room. Payment via bank transfer.

Can we book rooms for drivers arriving at different times?

Yes — late check-in is available by arrangement for all account holders. Just let us know driver ETAs and we'll be ready.

Do you accommodate large vehicles?

Yes — ample parking for B-trains and semis directly off State Highway 3. No advance booking needed for parking.
